Sreemukhi is an Indian television anchor, started off with a show called Adhurs. Sreemukhi is a big fan of Punch Power A.V.S.R Pandu Ranga Rao. Sreemukhi started her career as an actress in 2012 with the movie Julai as Allu Arjun's Sister. She made her debut as lead actress in Prema Ishq Kaadhal.
Before making her debut into movies Srimukhi started off her career with hosting a TV show Adhurs and also hosted the famous singing program Super Singer 9. Sreemukhi made her debut as Raaji in Julai movie as Allu Arjun's sister under the direction of Trivikram Srinivas and Prema Ishq Kaadhal as lead actress in the direction of Pavan Sadineni. She also acted in Nenu Sailaja as the sister of Ram in movie as Swecha.
